Will this work for me?

The techniques are based on nervous system science and are proven to increase resilience, energy and mental clarity. All you need to do is follow the instructions on the session to experience the benefits.

Is it safe?

Breathwork is safe, this particular technique has the following contraindications. Please consult a medical practitioner if you suffer from the following:

 

  • Cardiovascular Issues: Conditions such as uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease, or a history of heart attacks. ​
  • Seizure Disorders: Including epilepsy or a history of seizures. ​
  • Aneurysms: Personal or family history of brain or abdominal aneurysms. ​
  • Glaucoma or Detached Retina: Due to potential increases in intraocular pressure during breathwork.  
  • Severe Psychiatric Conditions: Such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or recent psychiatric hospitalisations. ​ 
  • Recent Surgeries or Serious Physical Injuries: Particularly if still in the healing process. ​

Relative Contraindications (Consultation Advised):

  • Pregnancy: Especially in later stages, as certain breathing techniques may induce contractions. ​
  • Asthma or Respiratory Conditions: Breathwork may affect breathing patterns. ​
  • Diabetes: Fluctuations in blood sugar levels may occur.
